Where and When: Fly into Anchorage, Alaska on September 15 and fly out September 22. Pick up your rental car and drive 90 minutes to Cooper Landing, Alaska and the beautiful Kenai River. We will be fishing the main river and many scenic and beautiful tributaries of the Kenai.
What’s Included: Two guided jet boat days on the Kenai River hunting giant rainbows and other species of salmon. First class lodging in a beautiful cabin. Gourmet meals and alcohol. Rental Car. Intel and hosted guides with lots of experience in Alaska that can help with fishing techniques, river options for the day and fish species to target. While this isn’t a fully guided trip outside of the boat days, your host will do their best to put you in the best position possible daily to catch lots of fish.
What you’ll catch: We mainly target big Alaskan rainbow trout and beautiful Dolly Varden but we also catch Sockeye Salmon, Pink Salmon, Coho Salmon, sea run steelhead and grayling. 
Price and Payment Details: $3800 which includes everything but airfare to Anchorage. Can pay full price upfront or three monthly installments starting at your sign up date for $1300 a piece. Lodging, Rental Car, All meals and alcohol, two guided jet boat days on the Kenai River are all included. We can also bring some gear for guests if that is needed.

South Florida and peacock bass should be on your bucket list for fly fishing destinations and species to catch. This is by far my favorite trip of the year. Lots of strong & aggressive fish caught on streamers in a variety of different fishing environments. The benefits of this trip compared to out of the country destinations: ease of travel, much lower cost, no shot or vaccinations to keep up with, beautiful weather, etc.

*Five days of hosted fly fishing: two freshwater boat days, three freshwater walk & wade days
*Hosted by The Canyon Fly Shop which will provide air bnb accomodations, rental car for your group, food, alcohol and all fly fishing equipment if needed.
*Available dates are March 22-28, 2027 with flights to Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach most recommended (flight not included in price of trip)
